Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using SmartShop Automation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any applicable policies referenced within. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use SmartShop Automation to connect eligible Shopify stores and install automations we make available. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it through unauthorized means. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that are used to infringe third-party rights.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are billed through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your plan.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the product data, customer records, and store content you connect to SmartShop Automation. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We will handle your data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Liability

SmartShop Automation is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your billing page. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service becomes commercially unreasonable. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
